We warrant our products to be of good quality and will replace or, at our election, refund the purchase price of any products proved to be defective. Satisfactory results depend not only upon quality products, but also upon many factors beyond our control. Therefore, except for such replacements or refunds, ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION makes no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness or merchantability, respecting it's products and ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION shall have no other liability with respect thereto. Any claim regarding product defect must be received in writing within six months from the date of shipment. No claim will be considered without such written notice or after the specified time interval. User shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. Any authorized change in the printed recommendation concerning the use of our products must bear the signature of ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION'S technical supervisor. This warranty is valid only if the product is applied by an ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION'S certified applicator. FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY
- APPLICATION WARRANTY The product shall be warranted for product failure for 5 years by the manufacturer. This warranty includes hydrostatic concrete structures. In case of any failure we reserve the right to inspect the failure and replace the product, labor will not be included. All warranty certificates shall be effective from the date of delivery. ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION'S warranty is only valid if the product is applied by an ENCAP SYSTEMS CORPORATION'S certified installer. more
